Design Manager (Roads and Utilities) Role This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team for large-scale infrastructure projects, focusing on a brownfield master-planned site with diverse challenges.We are looking for a talented Design Manager to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering technically demanding projects on time and to the desired quality. This includes: Managing a multi-disciplinary design team responsible for delivering projects in accordance with client requirements.Coordinating design activities across various disciplines within the infrastructure design team.Interfacing with the client and other design team members regarding the production of information in line with agreed deliverables.Understanding and managing changes to scope and programme.Identifying risks and opportunities and contributing to the project risk and opportunities register.Familiarity with Dubai RTA, Dubai Municipality, and DEWA Standards.Responsibilities The Design Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.The successful candidate will also be responsible for: Developing and implementing project plans and schedules.Leading and motivating a team of designers and engineers to achieve project goals.Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.Managing project budgets and finances.Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and more than 10 years of experience in a similar position.You should demonstrate: Proven experience as an infrastructure Design Manager.Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.Familiarity with Dubai RTA, Dubai Municipality, and DEWA Standards.About Us We are a leading organization in the field of infrastructure development, and we are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
