Maintenance Specialist

As a skilled Mechanical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical equipment.Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance on static and rotary mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.Materials Management: Create itemized lists of materials required for maintenance tasks and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.Equipment Assembly: Dismantle and reassemble rotary and static equipment according to manufacturer recommendations or industry best practices.Quality Control: Monitor equipment condition and report major repair needs or safety concerns promptly to prevent accidents and downtime.Sustainability: Support energy management initiatives by ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and recommending improvements where possible.Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication and fitting works, preferably in luxury hospitality, facilities management, or large-scale residential projects.Skills: Complete knowledge of welding (stick, TIG, MIG), cutting (gas, plasma), brazing, soldering, and various fabrication techniques.Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Education: Diploma, technical certification, or vocational training in general maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field.Benefits Opportunity to work with a leading hospitality group Competitive salary and benefits package Chance to develop your skills and career in a dynamic environment
