In this role, you will lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Construction & Project Managers, reporting to the Project Director. You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of multiple projects across all stages, including Design, Construction, and Defects Liability Period.What You'll Be Doing: Leading a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers, reporting to the Project Director.Managing project delivery and supporting the Employer to resolve issues impacting Cost, Time, and Quality.Supervising Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers.Attending meetings with stakeholders such as Authorities and Utilities Providers.Reviewing technical, commercial, and planning submittals, providing approval or endorsement.Providing solutions to project issues affecting Cost, Time, and Quality.What Required Skills You'll Bring: Minimum of 20 years of experience in relevant projects such as mixed-use buildings, commercial, or residential developments.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.Strong knowledge of Project Management principles.Fluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic preferred.What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Proactive and problem-solving mindset.Excellent writing and presentation skills.Parsons values diversity and is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.We invest in our employees' wellbeing and offer unlimited growth opportunities.
