Course Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Creative Content Section Head We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the Creative Content Section at a prominent government PR and communications office in Abu Dhabi. This is a strategic leadership role focused on developing high-impact creative campaigns that reflect and promote Abu Dhabi's cultural, social, and sports identity.The ideal candidate must have deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's cultural and governmental landscape, a strong portfolio of city-wide campaigns, and the ability to guide storytelling that aligns with the Emirate's values, vision, and priorities.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of creative campaigns across digital, video, social, and experiential platforms, with a focus on culture, heritage, and sports.Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creatives, including writers, designers, producers, and content creators.Collaborate closely with strategy, PR, and media teams to ensure unified and impactful messaging.Translate Abu Dhabi's strategic goals into engaging narratives that resonate with diverse local and international audiences.Supervise the creative execution of public-facing campaigns, including festivals, exhibitions, cultural activations, and sport events.Ensure alignment with government tone of voice, communication protocols, and audience sensitivities.Requirements: Minimum 12–15 years of creative leadership experience, preferably within a government, media, or cultural communications entity.Proven track record managing integrated campaigns in Abu Dhabi or the UAE, especially within the cultural, heritage, or sports sectors.Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's operational ecosystem, local sensitivities, and media landscape.Arabic fluency preferred; English proficiency required.Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Art/Creative Industries Government Administration and Government Relations Services This job posting is active and not expired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
