The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between teams, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met. Team Coordination – Act as a liaison between engineers, contractors, clients, and management. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project records, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance. Budget & Resource Management – Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation. Risk Management – Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies. Client Communication – Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in (relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management). 5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering and construction. Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office. Strong organizational & multitasking abilities. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
