Aviation Maintenance Manager Job Description To lead the planning and control of all aviation equipment and assets maintenance, ensuring undisrupted and safe fuelling services in accordance with international standards.This role involves directing planned preventive maintenance operations, overseeing development of PPM schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety rules and regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing engineering work related to planning, upgrading, troubleshooting, and modifying aviation fuelling equipment.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or relevant)12 years of experience in aviation equipment and facilities maintenance operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years of managerial responsibilities The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of aviation fuelling operations.
