Job Title: Store Supervisor We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Store Supervisor to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.Responsibilities: Manage stock levels by conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate records.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies in deliveries.Implement organized storage systems to maximize space and improve efficiency in locating items.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role within the retail or warehousing sector.Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic accounting principles for effective stock control.Desirable Skills: Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage and categorize large volumes of products.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, staff, and management.Additional Information: This role requires physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items. The successful candidate will have fluency in English and basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation.
