Structural Engineering Site Supervisor We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to oversee structural aspects of construction projects ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.Supervise and coordinate structural engineering activities on construction sites throughout Dubai.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.Manage and mentor junior engineers and team members fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and drawings for compliance with local building codes and project specifications.Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures for all structural elements.Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for project stakeholders.Cordinate with the design team to address on-site challenges and propose innovative solutions.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering and site supervision preferably in the construction industry.Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects in Dubai or similar environments.In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Exceptional technical report writing and communication abilities.Comprehensive understanding of building materials, methods, and quality control processes.Award-winning Benefits : AECOM offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life AD&D disability benefits, paid time off, leaves of absences, voluntary benefits, perks, flexible work options, well-being resources, employee assistance program, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.About AECOM : AECOM is a global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world.
