This role requires a strong understanding of steel structure installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of steel structural projects on site.Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with industry safety standards.Coordinate with project managers to define project scopes and objectives for steel structural tasks.Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet agreed timelines and budgets.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Solve arising issues or conflicts on-site, coordinating with relevant parties for resolution.Ensure all materials, equipment, and labor resources are available and functioning as needed on site.Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders effectively.Enforce adherence to health and safety guidelines and conduct regular safety training sessions.Evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback and guidance where necessary.Maintain detailed and accurate site records, including job cards, logs, and documentation.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years experience in site supervision within steel structural projects.Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.Excellent understanding of construction processes and methodologies, especially related to steel structures.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder management.Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction environments is essential.Proficiency in project management software and other relevant IT tools for reporting and scheduling.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
