Offshore Lifting Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Offshore Lifting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of cranes on various offshore projects worldwide.Key Responsibilities Lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently using a variety of cranes and lifting equipment.Draft and execute lifting plans to ensure successful project outcomes.Maintain and repair cranes, including hydraulic systems and hoisting wires, to prevent equipment failures and downtime.Conduct visual inspections and replace components as needed to ensure optimal crane performance.Collaborate with deck crews to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.Requirements A strong background in crane operation and maintenance, preferably with experience working on offshore or civil engineering projects.Ability to lift 100-1400 tons using crawler and offshore cranes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and training.
