Life Safety Industrialization Engineer Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of manufacturing standards and supervising the production start of new product introductions. This includes ensuring compliance with standardized manufacturing processes to achieve business objectives.About the Role: Define and implement manufacturing standards, including manufacturing processes, equipment, organization, and Industry 4.0 solutions.Secure production start of NPI projects and ensure compliance with standardized manufacturing processes.Collaborate with the Program Manager to define industrial orientation of the Life Safety Division NPIs.Work closely with R&D centers and NPI teams to ensure new products are manufacturable without compromise on design or quality.Key Responsibilities: Converge plants teams around standard production solutions to enhance flexibility, robustness, and resiliency across sites.Support project and logistics teams and guarantee success of PCBA and finished production transfers using the EATON Pro-Launch STP process.Anticipate and confirm technical feasibility of new production processes to project teams.Influence supplier technology roadmap to match EATON-LSD expectations.Oversee automation projects across the BU for NPIs and CI projects to ensure solutions are based on a selection of factors such as flexible and scalable solution, production capacity, ease of integration, compliant with EATON I4.0 requirements, and ROI.Required Skills and Qualifications: Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.Mastery in electronic manufacturing processes and testing.Industry 4.0 solutions and applications.Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and tools as they relate to minimizing process/product variability.Familiarity with Lean manufacturing tools and solutions.Frequent user of program and project management methodologies, processes, and tools.Proven leadership skills to lead change in an integrated team.Benefits: Annual mentoring program and Eaton University.Reward and recognition system.Ongoing learning and career development opportunities in a global company.Strong, agile, and diverse team locally and globally.Living and Working in Dubai: Dubai is a vibrant city known for its modern architecture, luxurious lifestyle, and rich cultural heritage.
