Logistics QHSE Manager

As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for leading the Region in achieving QHSE excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective QHSE Management Systems within logistics, consumer goods, medical devices or Pharma industries.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the Group strategy on QHSE, working closely with the Global QHSE Team.Ensure that CEVA QHSE strategy is deployed and adhered to within the region, with the support of QHSE country managers.Provide monthly vision of QHSE performance of the region to the regional head and the QHSE global team.Ensure that CAPA plans are implemented whenever necessary.Promote CEVA initiatives in QHSE achievement and excellence in operations.Main Accountabilities: Implement the Global QHSE Strategy within the Region.Be the go-between (GHO/countries) to ensure that the IMS is implemented and adhered to in the Region.Ensure full compliance regarding Customer Quality and Supplier Quality management governance in the Region.Accountable for the collation and verification of accurate QHSE data records and KPI reporting.Deliver regional QHSE performance review to the regional management team and Global QHSE team on a regular basis.Requirements: Degree level qualification in Occupational Health and Safety management.10 years' experience in QHSE Management Systems implementation and maintenance within Logistics, consumer goods, medical devices or Pharma of which at least 5 years in a managerial role.Experience in logistics industry, G&R and O&G business is a plus.Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, independently or as a team player.Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Quality Standards (Iso 9001, GDP, GMP, ISO 13485).CAPA, NC, Audit Management.HSE Standards (ISO 14001 and 45001).Good level of office applications skills.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Quality Assurance and Supply Chain Industries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage),
