GRP Manufacturing Operations Lead We are seeking a seasoned operations expert to oversee the entire GRP manufacturing process, ensuring optimal productivity and quality.Responsibilities Procure raw materials and manage inventory control.Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and reduce downtime.Lead a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain product excellence.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Production or Chemical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in GRP manufacturing in the GCC region.Proven expertise in Open Mould, VIP, RTM, Pultrusion, and Filament Winding processes.Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (100+ workers).Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.Skills Production planning and control.Team management and leadership.Quality control and assurance.Process improvement and optimization.Company Industry Glass Department / Functional Area Manufacturing Keywords OPERATIONS MANAGER
