This coveted role involves providing expert recommendations on wine pairings to elevate the dining experience for our discerning guests.To excel in this position, you will require extensive knowledge of wines, vineyards, and food pairings. Strong customer service and communication skills are also essential, as you will work closely with chefs, bar managers, and other staff members to create complementary pairings.This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be expected to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and quality control. Your ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively will also be crucial to your success in this role.We are seeking a certified sommelier with a passion for educating staff and guests about wines. If you have a flair for the industry and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.The ideal candidate will possess certification as a sommelier (WSET, CMS, or equivalent) and have experience working in fine dining or high-end hospitality settings.
