Job Description: This is a remote position.We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Sales professional with a focus on SMB and Enterprise clients within the Education and Corporate training sectors. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales Support, or Sales Engineering roles.The successful candidate will provide technical pre-sales assistance and conduct client technical requirement analyses to effectively meet customer needs.Responsibilities include conducting engaging product demonstrations and in-depth technical presentations for prospective clients, as well as assisting the business development team in preparing professional proposals and RFP/RFI responses.The ideal candidate will also lead technical components of client proof-of-concepts (POCs), including product demos, solution configurations, and system integrations.Collaboration with the customer relations team is essential to ensure seamless post-sales transitions, sustained customer satisfaction, and successful product deployment.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or Business is required.3-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales Support, or Sales Engineering roles, ideally within the Ed Tech or Education sector.Proven experience in selling digital assessment solutions and learning technologies is essential.The ideal candidate should have a strong record of successful sales engagements with both SMB and Enterprise-level clients.Demonstrated capability in delivering effective technical demonstrations and product presentations is crucial.Experience conducting detailed client-needs assessments and effective competitive intelligence analysis is required.Benefits: Familiarity with Middle East & Africa (MEA) markets, specifically in the Ed Tech and digital assessment areas.Proven ability to manage technical client queries and fully support the sales cycle from lead generation through to closure.Effective use of CRM systems for accurately tracking client interactions, meetings, and follow-up actions.Others: The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic, with both spoken and written communication skills.
