Senior Lighting Solutions Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Lighting Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on architectural, functional, decorative, and specialty projects—both indoor and outdoor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and project discovery to proposal, design, and installation.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and project discovery to proposal, design, and installation.Handle project sales for a range of lighting products (architectural, functional, decorative, and specialty).Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government clients.Identify client needs and provide suitable lighting solutions with technical and commercial support.Coordinate with design teams for quotations, submittals, technical drawings, and BOQs.Deliver presentations, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts through to successful project completion.Track competitor activity and conduct regular market research.Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and project-related coordination meetings.Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic sales plans.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting sales in the UAE market.Proven track record in acquiring and managing medium to large-scale lighting projects.In-depth knowledge of lighting products, trends, and technical requirements.Strong project and key account management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work with consultants, designers, architects, and developers.Technical background or aptitude to present complex lighting solutions effectively.UAE driving license is a must.Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, with a sense of ownership and accountability.Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Training certifications or lighting design tools knowledge (e.g., DIALux) is a plus.Why Join Us?At our organization, we believe in rewarding talent.
