Renowned for groundbreaking environmental innovations and smart solutions, BEEAH operates across the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, to create a better tomorrow for all.Location: https: //maps.app.goo.gl/SUk6Kw383o T7Tn127Job Description: We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Officer – Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end blue collar recruitment processes across various departments and levels.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Draft and post job advertisements on multiple platforms.Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates using structured techniques.Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow-up communications.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.Prepare job offers, negotiate terms, and handle onboarding coordination.Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics.Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency)Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions and delivering quality hires Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to assess candidates effectively and fairly High level of confidentiality and professionalism Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven#J-18808-Ljbffr
