Almarai currently employs over 40,000 employees servicing some 220,000 retail outlets across GCC, Egypt and Jordan and has reported net income of SAR 2.31 billion on sales of SAR 20.97 billion in 2024An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To standardize and optimize fixed assets accounting and related processes to provide better services to business units and other stakeholders of the group by adhering to Almarai accounting policies, procedures, standards, and the International Financial Reporting Standards..Responsibilities Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes Knowledge of IFRSs/IAS and its application Knowledge of advance accounting entries Qualifications Fully or Part qualification in CA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA/CPA or any equivalent accounting body.Minimum 2 years' experience in financial accounting background.Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience CPA preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
