Ford Vehicle Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Ford Automotive Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards.Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings to service advisors.Complete work orders and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford training programs and certifications.Keep work areas clean and organized, with tools and equipment properly maintained.Effectively communicate with service advisors, parts department, and fellow technicians.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred).Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and repair software.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Benefits: This is a full-time position offering excellent compensation and benefits.Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Manufacturing Industries: Retail Motor Vehicles
