Senior Construction and Painting Supervisor

Job Description: The Senior Construction and Painting Supervisor is responsible for directing subcontractor activities for painting activities, ensuring that plant construction works are performed according to erection schedules and project documents within the assigned scope.To ensure quality and safety procedures are followed in accordance with contractual commitments.Key Responsibilities: Prior to start of works, to check supplier's material and technical documentation delivery schedule aligns with construction schedules and contractual commitments.To monitor and promote action to recover any delays in the schedule.To verify equipment and manpower employed by subcontractors are adequate and work performed conforms to design documents, safety regulations, and quality level fixed by the same.To prepare and coordinate non-conformity resolution register for each subcontractor.To detect any design errors, rectify or request site engineer to make necessary changes.To check subcontractors' work progress status sheets and sign for approval.To assist contract engineer in defining new prices, preparing amendments to subcontracts, and analyzing claims.Requirements: University degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.NACE, FROSIO, or similar certification.Benefits: Attractive benefits package Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Oil and Gas This position offers a challenging opportunity for an experienced construction professional to lead a team and contribute to the success of our projects.
