Arabic Culinary Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team as a Chef de Partie - Arabic.About the Role The successful candidate will assist the Sous Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management. They will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior staff members, as well as contributing to menu development and implementation.Key Responsibilities Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards.Mentor and coach junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.Contribute to menu development and implementation, ensuring that dishes are of high quality and meet customer expectations.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.Requirements Degree or certificate in culinary arts.Minimum 2 years' experience in Arabic cuisine.Vast knowledge of international culinary practices, menus, and offerings.High level of written and verbal English.What We Offer We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as a full uniform, impressive room discounts, and some of the best training in the business.
