As a key member of our category management team, you'll play a vital role in curating trend-driven product assortments, driving sales growth, and enhancing the customer experience.Key Responsibilities Assortment Planning: Lead end-to-end category management including assortment planning, pricing, and promotional strategy Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer, competitor, and sales data to shape category direction Collaboration: Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and seasonal planning Inventory Optimization: Optimize inventory levels and supply chain flow using tools like SAP and Power BISupplier Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms Category Performance: Track and report on category performance, identifying improvement areas and driving actionable insights Requirements7+ years of experience in category management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in lifestyle or sports retail Proven ability to drive category growth, optimize assortments, and align product strategies with evolving consumer trends Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Strong commercial acumen Proficiency in SAP ERP and Power BI, with strong data analysis and inventory planning skills Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage Benefits A diverse team environment with international exposure Comprehensive family medical insurance Family residency sponsorship and flight allowances Up to 30% employee discount in our premium retail stores Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Strategy/Planning, Purchasing, and Product Management The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
