Job Title: Cluster Marketing Coordinator About the Role This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communication to develop and implement marketing plans aimed at increasing hotel brand awareness.The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, collaborating with local third-party partners, creating and managing media and marketing contacts databases, and promoting hotels on Hilton branded websites.Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with target markets about hotel amenities and benefits.Collaborate with local third-party partners, including media and official bodies.Create and manage a comprehensive media and marketing contacts database relevant to the target audiences.Work across hotel departments to identify proactive opportunities and promotions addressing business challenges.Support promotional activities, marketing channels, and marketing material production for events.Manage and promote the hotel on Hilton branded websites.Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: Excellent communication skills.Intermediate IT skills.Proven organizational and planning abilities.Ability to work well under pressure.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous marketing experience in a similar environment.Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost management.A relevant degree in marketing, business development, or related fields.What We Offer Hilton is committed to exceptional guest experiences and creating a welcoming environment for its team members.
