Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager for Trendy Western Dining About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our trendy Western restaurants in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient management of our dining establishments.Key Responsibilities: Oversight of daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.Leadership of a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.Monitoring and maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and sanitation to meet health and safety regulations.Development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.Handling of customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.Collaboration with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to develop menus, specials, and promotions.Management of inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a similar environment.Strong knowledge of European cuisine and trends in the hospitality industry.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits: An attractive basic salary range depending on experience, plus additional benefits including food allowance, service charge, credit card tips, free accommodation, transport, uniforms, health insurance, air ticket once every two years, and paid leave as per UAE laws.Required Experience: Manager
