Expert Profitability Analyst

Profitability and Performance Management Consultant This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in implementing profitability models and reporting solutions using SAP Profitability and Performance Management (Pa PM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Pa PM, including allocation logic, cost driver models, profitability reporting, and scenario analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing data models, integrating data from various sources, and delivering business insights using SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, Fiori apps, and reporting tools. They will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment on route profitability metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement profitability models and reporting solutions using SAP Pa PM Integrate data from various sources, including SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems Deliver business insights using SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, Fiori apps, and reporting tools Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs Ensure alignment on route profitability metrics Requirements: Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with SAP Pa PM At least 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing SAP Pa PM models Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA and integration of SAP Pa PM with other SAP modules Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the aviation or travel industry, especially related to profitability analysis for flight routes and operations Knowledge of cost management and financial modeling techniques specific to airline industry operations Familiarity with advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques in SAP Pa PM
