Advanced Integration Bench Manager

Job Description: \We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced integration benches and labs that replicate UAV systems for verification, validation, and testing purposes.\This critical role will bridge the gap between engineering design and full-system testing, ensuring our platforms undergo rigorous Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) evaluations.\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, project leadership skills, and deep technical insight into avionics, communications, propulsion, and mission systems.\Key Responsibilities: \\Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for integration bench projects.\Lead cross-functional teams in delivering modular, scalable benches simulating UAV subsystems.\Apply structured PM practices aligned with milestone gates such as PDR, CDR, and TRR.\Direct the design and implementation of benches supporting avionics, propulsion, RF systems, and ground interfaces.\Oversee real hardware integration, simulation tools, and signal conditioning systems.\Ensure benches are modular, maintainable, and aligned with evolving platform requirements.\Translate UAV architecture and ICDs into integration bench specifications.\Ensure compatibility with flight control, mission software, and communication protocols.\Lead bench validation through HIL/SIL and closed-loop simulations.\Collaborate with software, avionics, mechanical, and test engineering teams to define integration coverage.\Ensure benches accurately reflect platform configurations for real-time troubleshooting and testing.\Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and safety teams for regulatory alignment.\Manage relationships with vendors for off-the-shelf and custom bench components.\Organize Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT).\Deliver progress reports, risk analyses, and technical documentation to stakeholders.\Plan and coordinate training sessions for team members.\Maintain accurate records of project progress, including metrics and KPIs.\Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\\-Requirements: \\A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Systems, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechatronics.\A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in aerospace or defense engineering.\At least 3–5 years managing systems integration labs, HIL/SIL benches, or test environments.\UAV or military-grade platform experience is highly beneficial.\\-Preferred Qualifications: \\A Master's Degree in Systems Integration, Engineering Management, or related field.\\-What We Offer: \\A competitive salary and benefits package.\Ongoing professional development opportunities.\A collaborative and dynamic work environment.\\-About Us: \We are a leading technology group dedicated to developing agile, bold, and disruptive solutions for defense and beyond.
