You will work closely with our team in Bahrain to align our operations with the overall Gulf regional strategy.To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.About the Role As an Engineering and Projects Director, you will be responsible for: Providing strategic direction and technical oversight for all engineering activities Ensuring manuals and technical documents are regularly updated and shared Fostering a strong relationship with our product offices in France Identifying areas for automation and digitization to drive efficiencies in day-to-day working practices Overseeing the execution of projects and ensuring delivery is in line with technical scope, specifications, budgets, timelines, and regulatory standards Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred)10+ years of experience in project execution and engineering services, preferably in the aluminum or heavy industrial sectors Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams Strong understanding of project execution services and customer support in an aluminum industry setting Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
