Expert Structural Designer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team.As a key member of our design consultancy, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Designing and analyzing structural systems using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and Auto CAD software packages;Preparing detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications for concrete, steel, and composite structures;Conducting site inspections and structural assessments for existing buildings;Coodinating with architects, MEP teams, and contractors throughout project lifecycles;Ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, Eurocodes, and international standards;Performing seismic and wind load analyses for high-rise structures;Reviewing shop drawings and material submittals for technical compliance;Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to our knowledge-sharing culture.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 5 years of UAE experience in structural design consultancy. A professional certification (DMR approved, IStruct E, or PE preferred) is also highly desirable.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in seismic and wind engineering, BIM coordination (Revit proficiency a plus), and knowledge of Dubai building codes and approval processes. Excellent project management and client communication skills are essential for success in this position.
