We are always looking for people with the relentless energy to push themselves further and find new avenues and unique ways to reach our shared goals.You will join our Building Department As our new Senior Engineer Electrical, Buildings you will be part of our global High-Rise and Complex Buildings department, Ramboll’s dedicated team of high-rise experts which have designed over 200 tall building projects globally, including some of the most technically challenging. You would be responsible for working with engineers for design work in the High-Rise department in the Dubai office and supporting the global department which also has offices in India, United Kingdom, Singapore and other locations.Your duties will entail design and project delivery of ICT network infrastructure design related services for our clients, including: Design of ICT / Telecommunications / ELV / SMART Technology systems applied to buildings and infrastructure including mixed-use development (hotel, residential, retail, and office), airport and data centers Experience in the delivery of communications systems including Structured Cabling Systems, Networks (LAN, Wi-Fi), Building Management System, CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion Detection, Audio-Visual, and Multi-media systems Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications Conduct technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for ICT systems, preparation of study reports, design reports, and technical notes Maintain close contact with key personnel within the providers of systems with respect to opportunity, delivery, and relationship development Collaborate with the broader Ramboll ICT / SMART Technology Group to bring the best of Ramboll's global expertise to our clients.Your starting point for constant growth From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development to grow. For this role, we believe your starting point is: A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Network or Computer Science or related discipline Proven experience in ICT and related communications systems design, and installation Proficient Auto CAD packages Effective relationship management skills, with the ability to develop solutions and proposals and engage with the customer to secure business opportunities Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written Ability to manage and coordinate with other team members Ability to communicate material of a technical nature clearly Ramboll in Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa Ramboll has more than 1,500 experts working across 15 offices in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa.
