Air Conditioning Specialist

Job Description The primary responsibility of the HVAC Technician is to ensure that all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in guest rooms and public areas are functioning properly. This involves reporting to the Shift Supervisor on work progress and completion, handling complaints, prioritizing guest room issues, and collaborating on preventive maintenance programs.Responsibilities: Reporting to the Shift Supervisor on work progress and completion.Handling refrigeration and A/C complaints, prioritizing guest room issues.Collaborating on preventive and annual maintenance programs.Following safety rules and departmental procedures.Reading building services, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical drawings.Fault finding and repairing air-conditioning, refrigeration, and control systems; good electrical knowledge required.Knowledge of BMS systems, reciprocating chillers, air handling plants, and cold rooms.Participating in preventive maintenance and safety programs.Working independently and as part of a team, flexible approach.Understanding water treatment and chemical handling.Conducting inspections and maintaining guest room equipment.Coordinating electrical work with electricians.Maintaining refrigeration logs and temperature records.Assisting peers and keeping tools and work areas organized.Understanding company brand and standards.Participating in other projects as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful as an HVAC Technician, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Secondary School plus Technical College or equivalent.Practical skills in fabrication, installation, and maintenance.Ability to do gas and arc welding.Good command of English.Benefits This role offers a range of benefits, including: Full-time employment.Entry-level position.Management and manufacturing job function.Industry: Hospitality.Others If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
