Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist – RAC (Residential Air Conditioning) Location: UAE-Abu Dhabi Position Type: Full-time About the Role: We seek a driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented sales professional to lead our RAC division. The ideal candidate will excel in nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence in the UAE’s residential air conditioning sector. Responsibilities: Develop and implement UAE business plans for RAC products, focusing on retailer expansion and revenue targets. Achieve sales KPIs for volume, value, and market segment penetration. Collaborate with channel partners on order forecasting, execution, and inventory optimization. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance brand visibility and shelf presence. Ensure timely implementation of promotional offers and events. Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback; report insights to management. Work closely with sales peers, marketing, supply chain to align efforts and maximize business outcomes. Resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience in sales , preferably in RAC, consumer electronics Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word). Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment. Fluency in English (required). Arabic proficiency is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
