F and Beverage Reservation Specialist

Looking for a career in food and beverage reservations?We have an exciting opportunity for an F&B Reservations Agent to join our team.Job Description As an F&B Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling all customer reservations and queries via telephone or email for our hotel's outlets. You will ensure each booking adheres to our data and quality standards.Your responsibilities will include: Completing customer and guest booking requests using our standards for data entry, email, and call quality.Proactively handling customer queries and escalations via telephone and email.Contributing to revenue goals by maximizing booking conversions.Upselling and promoting restaurant offerings to guests where appropriate.Processing group and event booking requests promptly and handing them over to the team.Staying updated with training and information to perform the role effectively.Working flexibly to meet business demands, including rotational shifts.Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our customer database.Complying with IT security and data protection policies.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years' experience in a high-end customer service role, dealing directly with customers face-to-face or over the phone.Effective communication skills with various customer profiles.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.A team player.Knowledge of reservation or table management systems.Additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are desirable.Experience in the F&B industry.Benefits As part of our team, you can expect: Learning & Development programs to support your growth.MOstay benefits, including complimentary nights and attractive room rates for you and your loved ones.Health & Wellness programs to support your wellbeing.
