The way we present ourselves—both internally and externally—matters.About the Role We're looking for a part-time communications and brand assistant to take ownership of our digital presence and visual consistency. This role is structured, focused, and offers autonomy within clear expectations. You'll work directly with senior management and play a visible part in how the company communicates.Key Responsibilities External Communications Manage and maintain our Linked In presence with relevant, well-written posts Update the news section on the company website as needed Attend key events or meetings to gather content when necessary Internal Brand and Design Format internal documents, presentations, and reports using the company's visual guidelines Ensure consistent use of brand elements in day-to-day materials Content Creation and Visual Execution Create clean, professional graphics using Canva or similar tools Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or In Design is a strong plus Basic video editing skills are a bonus, not a requirement Reporting and Improvement Monitor basic engagement metrics on Linked In Provide brief monthly updates with insights and content suggestions Who We're Looking For Proactive, organized, and able to manage time independently Strong writing and visual skills with an eye for clarity, structure, and balance Early-career talent with a portfolio that shows sound judgment and execution Capable of handling multiple small projects with shifting timelines Currently based in Dubai and available for occasional in-person work No specific degree required, but relevant experience or coursework is expected Location: Dubai (Hybrid, approx. 20 hours per week)Compensation: AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio To Apply Send your CV and a link to your portfolio.
