Key Responsibilities of Store Manager Include: Financial Objectives: Drive store team to achieve financial targets and KPIs.Maintain store shrinkage below 0.2% of sales.Operations and Management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.Manage employee records (leave, performance, conduct, roster).Hold regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.Enforce company policies and ensure compliance.Customer Experience: Achieve customer satisfaction goals through exceptional service.Maintain relationships with mall management.Communicate effectively with the back-end office team regarding store activities.Leadership and Development: Continuously upgrade skills of self and team.Identify learning gaps and create processes to address them.Conduct training for new hires and ongoing product knowledge sessions.Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Proven success in enhancing customer engagement and exceeding sales KPIs is required.A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.Employment Details: Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Retail
