If yes, we want to hear from you We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie ready to take on new challenges.About You The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel. You should have excellent communication skills, be a team player, capable of managing multiple tasks, and confident in interacting with diverse clientele.As a Chef de Partie at Bread Street Kitchen, you will manage and organize mise en place for your section, ensuring the highest food quality. You will assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organizing kitchen operations according to health and safety standards. Additionally, you will support the Sous Chef in creating new dishes and recipes.Preferably, you hold a Culinary Diploma or have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Michelin-starred or world-renowned fine dining restaurant.
