We operate in 38 countries and 136 airports globally.The role involves managing transactional activities at dnata Technical Services stores issue counters, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, issuing spare parts, and recording data accurately in inventory systems.In This Role You Will Plan Identify customer needs, offer appropriate services and advice, and provide accurate information for effective fulfillment.Manage spare parts stock levels to minimize costs through inventory report analysis.Lead Ensure stock items are received per purchase order terms, advising buyers of discrepancies.Supervise packaging and distribution activities, including dispatch.Execute Follow company policies in fulfilling user requirements.Conduct physical stock inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and recommend adjustments.Assist in parts collection and distribution across stores.Qualifications12 years schooling or equivalent Experience in Procurement, Non-aircraft English level 5UAE Driving license Exposure to inventory management trends through courses Strong interpersonal skills and motivation Three years in automated inventory systems, preferably ORACLE ERPExperience in customer service within inventory/distribution environments Join us in Dubai with an attractive tax-free salary, travel benefits, and discounts on flights and hotels.
