Architectural Modeler Job We are seeking a skilled Architectural Modeler to join our team. As an Architectural Modeler, you will play a key role in creating detailed 3D models of buildings and other structures.Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and detail Revit families and models. You will also prepare Revit and CAD design as built and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with the BIM execution plan and project specifications.In addition, you will verify and understand information and sketches prior to starting drawings, prepare preliminary drawings for the Business Development and Estimation department, and attend to instructions for drafting work by the Engineering Manager.You will also assist in checking the compatibility between architectural, civil, MEP, and steel/cladding drawings and designs, both in-house and third party, and check drawings of subcontractors, coordinating with them to issue error-free drawings.Furthermore, you will ensure only 'Issued for Construction' drawings are sent to the Construction department, file finished drawings electronically on the server as well as hard copies in the hanger, and update the drawings library as needed.We are looking for an individual with a solid knowledge in Auto CAD and architectural software, with at least 5 years of experience in REVIT Modelling (Architectural).A Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide architectural details with minimal support from the Architect.If you have a strong passion for architectural modeling and want to contribute to innovative projects, we would love to hear from you.
