We are seeking an experienced and organized Legal Administrator to provide exceptional support to a Partner in our Abu Dhabi office.This role involves providing administrative duties, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, organizing meetings, and taking minutes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy corporate environment and possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and full IT literacy in Microsoft applications.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex diaries, handling emails, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence. They will also collaborate with Partners and the Finance Team on monthly billing and support the Business Development Team with events, pitches, marketing, and ad hoc duties as needed.Applicants should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with full proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
