Employees are asked to be present in the office at least three days per week. Key Responsibilities Project Quality Planning: Establish project quality teams, develop project quality plans, identify key procedures, and monitor implementation. Quality Plan Development: Prepare detailed project quality plans outlining quality practices, resources, and sequence of activities relevant to each contract/project. Audit Schedule Review: Approve quality audit schedules for each project incorporating specific project requirements. Vendor Capability Assessment: Evaluate vendors' capabilities to provide suitable products/services. Inspection and Test Planning: Convene pre-inspection meetings, approve inspection and test plans and procedures. Inspection Activities Planning: Ensure proper planning for inspection activities, availability of necessary documents at inspection release, and implement corrective actions. Client Relationships: Maintain cordial relationships with Client Representatives and ensure that client quality requirements are understood, agreed, and fulfilled. KPI Management: Define, measure, monitor, and implement actions for any identified gaps in project KPIs. Quality Information Analysis: Analyze quality information (audit results, process/product non-conformities, feedback, etc.) and identify corrective and preventive actions. Quality Management System Review: Conduct reviews of the quality management system and monitor implementation of management review actions. Documentation Control: Control and distribute all company quality documentation. Monitoring Quality-Related Activities: Monitor all quality-related activities on the project. Audit Coordination: Ensure all internal and external audits are carried out as planned. Vendor Requirements Specification: Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. Bid Meeting Attendance: Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate project requirements with bidders. Quality Meetings: Attend client quality management meetings. Quality System Documentation: Ensure project quality system management documentation is prepared prior to project commencement. Non-Conformance Report Disposition: Ensure disposition of all issued non-conformance reports. Quality System Effectiveness: Ensure the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend improvements when required. QA/QC Coordination: Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the Site Quality Manager. Customer Correspondence: Coordinate all quality-related correspondence with customer representatives. Reporting: Compile monthly reports and submit to the Quality Director. Statistical Reporting: Monitor statistical method reporting, monthly KPIs. Closed Customer Complaints: Ensure all customer complaints are closed appropriately. Team Management: Manage a multidisciplinary team of QA/QC personnel, aligning quality resources with business needs to ensure effective project coverage.
