HR Director

HR Leadership Role We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will act as a key partner to the business, driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting operational growth.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing core HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development. They will manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, working to build a strong talent pipeline across various departments, and will oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.This role requires strong knowledge of labour laws and best practices, as well as demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
