Senior Building Performance Analyst

About the Role We are seeking an experienced MEP Computational Engineer to undertake a variety of projects across the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and utilizing computational models and parametric tools to optimize MEP designs. You will also conduct building performance simulations, energy modeling, and thermal analysis using IES-VE. Additionally, you will analyze and optimize building energy performance to enhance sustainability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and utilize computational models and parametric tools to optimize MEP designs • Conduct building performance simulations, energy modeling, and thermal analysis using IES-VE • Analyze and optimize building energy performance to enhance sustainability and efficiency • Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings • Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure designs are integrated seamlessly • Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction specifications • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations • Stay up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in MEP engineering to continuously improve system efficiency and sustainability
