Automotive Service Leader

**Job Summary: ** We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Repair Manager to oversee the repair and maintenance services of our customers' vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage all daily repair and maintenance services on customer's vehicle as well as managing the vehicle movement in and out of the workshop.To monitor the workshop floor and ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to and effective management of the service personnel.Maintenance and upkeep of the workshop equipment to maximize utilization and minimize downtime.Initiate procurement of additional equipment in line with business growth.Accomplish the forecast established by the service manager.Check job status as often as necessary, but at least twice each shift. Report to the customer any change in time promised and notify them of any additional repairs that may be required.Spot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completion.Schedule job allotment to workshop staff in order to process timely repairs.Ensure profitable functioning of the workshop & Facilities.Motivate the workshop team and maintain high morale to achieve the highest level of service to customers.Adhere to standard operating procedures to avoid any internal / external customer dissatisfaction.Ensure legal requirements for workshop operations are met.Verify service jobs are carried out as per customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.Handle accident repairs as per set procedures and obtain prior approvals as required.Ensure that technicians follow warranty material disposition procedures. Requirements: A 3-year diploma or degree in Automobile/Mechanical engineering is preferred.5 to 7 years similar experience with automotive dealer background.Demonstrated technical expertise and diagnostic skills.A methodical approach with the ability to work independently under pressure with deadlines. About Us: We offer a multicultural environment where employees from diverse backgrounds can grow and succeed. Why Join Us: A chance to make a real difference in the business and contribute to our success.An opportunity to learn and develop new skills.A chance to be part of a well-diversified group with a strong sense of community involvement.
