In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving sales by converting leads from online advertising into successful deals while earning an attractive commission. Your focus will be initiating customer inquiries—via phone, email, or live chat—and providing outstanding service to help customers find the perfect products to suit their needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring access to our best solutions.You're a motivated individual who thrives on achieving targets and maximising earning potential through our commission structure. You'll be a key player in our growing sales team with excellent phone etiquette and a natural ability to close sales.Key Responsibilities1. Handle incoming sales inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.2. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client needs and inquiries.3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and remove barriers to closing sales.4. Build a deep understanding of our products and recommend tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.5. Support and motivate team members to drive overall sales performance.6. Consistently exceed sales targets and strive to close every opportunity.7. Perform administrative tasks, including preparing quotes and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.8. Use your expertise to mentor and coach junior sales team members.9. Work closely with our development and customer support teams to address client pain points and enhance satisfaction.What We're Looking For1. 2 years of telesales experience.2. Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or Portuguese is a bonus.3. Familiarity with CRM tools and software.4. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions effectively.5.
