Senior Petroleum Operations Manager

About Us We are a leading oil and gas company seeking a skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out various petroleum engineering activities related to well integrity, completion, and stimulation. Key Responsibilities Coordinating daily activities with PDD, DD, Site Authority, and other concerned personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Preparing well history files and maintaining records of all existing wells (gas, oil & water). Planning and controlling the execution of all activities related to petroleum engineering, rigless activities, and workover operations on Al Yasat development, exploration, and appraisal. Investigating and resolving problematic wells by preparing investigative programs and supervising their implementation. Coodinating action programmes and following up progress. Analysing status of problematic wells post investigative and/or corrective action to provide technical support for recommending workover. Providing support to offshore personnel in investigating specific problems and recommending alternative courses of action. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. 8 years of experience in all aspects of petroleum engineering operations. Benefits A competitive salary package.
