Project Manager
Description
The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute oil & gas projects, ensuring they meet technical, financial, and safety requirements. This role involves day-to-day management of resources, schedules, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.Ensure adherence to HSE protocols, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.Supervise on-site teams and resolve technical or operational challenges.Prepare and submit project documentation (reports, permits, compliance records).Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).10+ years of project management experience in oil & gas.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Additional Notes Tailoring: Let me know if you'd like to emphasize specific project types (e.g., offshore drilling, refinery upgrades, pipeline construction).Hierarchy: Adjust reporting lines as needed (e.g., Project Manager reporting to Operations Director instead).Compensation: Include salary bands or benefits (e.g., performance bonuses, relocation packages) if required.These descriptions are designed to attract experienced professionals while aligning with industry best practices.
