Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet areas, and deliver a positive guest experience.Key Responsibilities Service: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Serve food and beverages according to banquet/event specifications.Setup & Cleanup: Set up banquet areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. Clean and reset tables and banquet spaces as needed.Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively. Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.Support: Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture and equipment as required.Qualifications Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.Operational Knowledge: You're proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.Great Personality: At DELANO Dubai, personality and experience are equally valued.
