Logistics Supervisor

Your responsibilities: Support the overall, daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Operations Manager when required.Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station.Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to meet and exceed operational KPIs.Monitor performance and coach team members as needed; collaborate with supporting departments to enhance logistics processes and operations.Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and improve quality.Interview candidates for associate roles.Brief and monitor the workload of drivers and associates, ensuring accurate completion of administrative tasks.Measure and monitor workflows and daily metrics; assist with tracking, trending, and reporting site performance.Assist with training and mentoring new associates, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their tasks.Follow up on and resolve process-related issues as needed.Work flexibly in different shifts and do overtime when required.Sufficiently resource your function, including training needs, absence management, performance coaching, and monitoring productivity.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience managing teams.Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.UAE national with family book.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in logistics.Experience with data analysis.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
