About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales portfolio growth and client satisfaction through strategic account management, relationship-building, and effective execution of sales plans.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize upselling opportunities across various segments including transient, long-stay, and group business.Manage and maintain accurate account management records through timely reporting, CRM upkeep, and performance tracking, contributing to market and customer intelligence meetings.Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, handling complaints, and promoting cross-selling across the brand portfolio.Support team development and collaboration by leading by example, participating in training, conducting site visits, joining client entertainment, and coordinating joint sales efforts.Requirements Holds senior school qualifications and a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management.At least 2 years of proven sales and banqueting experience in a 5-star hotel, with GCC experience and trade show participation as advantages.Strong computer proficiency across various applications.Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and colleagues.Ability to perform under pressure, show initiative, and excel in planning, organizing, and time management.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits aligned with UAE industry standards.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to work with a talented team of professionals.
