About the Role As a seasoned Engineering Lead, you will drive the development of an innovative B2C and B2B web application. Your key responsibilities include shaping technical vision, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions.This hands-on leadership role requires a strong background in PHP (Laravel) and React.js, coupled with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers.Drive the architectural design and technical roadmap for our web application.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product performance.Requirements We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving technical innovation.Proven experience as an Engineering Lead or Senior Software Engineer in a startup or fast-paced environment.Strong expertise in PHP, with extensive experience using the Laravel framework.Proficiency in React.js and modern front-end development practices.Demonstrable experience building and scaling B2C and B2B web applications.Solid understanding of database design and optimization (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and Dev Ops practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Benefits This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering organization at the forefront of comprehensive human wellness.
