Global Trade Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in export coordination?We are seeking a highly organized Export Sales Coordinator to support our growing international sales operations. This role is key to ensuring the smooth execution of export processes, accurate communication with clients, and timely coordination with internal teams.The successful candidate will work alongside Export Managers to handle documentation, order processing, and customer follow-ups across regions including the GCC, East Africa, and West Africa.Key Responsibilities: Support the export sales team with order entry, tracking, and delivery follow-up Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, etc.)Communicate with clients, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular status reports Assist in quotation preparation and product availability updates Follow up on payments and coordinate with finance when needed Ensure compliance with export regulations and internal policies Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in export coordination, trading, or international logistics Strong knowledge of export documentation and basic shipping terms (Incoterms, customs, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under deadlines Familiarity with CRM or ERP software is an advantage Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Wholesale Food and Beverage
